AES’ primary objective is adding value to the acquisition, development or divestiture process through turnkey services which include: predevelopment feasibility studies; land development program management; site selection consultation; land use planning; site plan development assistance; natural features and wetland studies and comprehensive environmental due diligence services including Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and Baseline Environmental Assessments (BEAs), Brownfield consulting and funding application assistance; site acquisition and selection assistance, soils investigations, remedial investigation and remediation design.

AES’ staff consists of knowledgeable professionals educated and experienced in the fields of real estate consulting, environmental science, legal research and analysis, surveying, zoning and land use, records research, cartography and financial analysis.
